Dream comes true!

We were told before a week that India Vision Partner organisations have got an opportunity to meet Dr.Kalam and he has given an appointment at eleven. The excitement and anxiety was crossing its thresholds and we were all set to meet our source of inspiration. The first surprise news that came was the meeting was not 11.am but at 11.pm!!
Twelve of us from all the Partner organisations like Suyam, Inda Sudar, Dream India, Team Everest, Nandanar Trust, Manam Malarattum, and Young Helping Minds assembled near RajBhavan gate at 9.00pm and it was wonderful to meet lot of like minded people.
To be present inside rajbhavan itself was feeling so great. We were fully charged and waiting for "D Moment". And finally we were called inside. As Dr Kalam was busy with various meetings, we were called inside at 12 midnight he spent with us till 1 am. He was very fresh and very enthusiastic in meeting our India Vision team.
I don't think I will be able to capture in words what we felt as soon as we saw him. It's beyond words and languages.
We could all feel his presence. In fact that was the moment when we realized the significant impact he has created in us.
The one thing that kept me thinking was his sincerity. All the seven partner organisations handed over their 'brieft note' of their activities. He went through these notes carefully. He said that he has got a lot of homework from us (!) and he has to work on it to us give directions. We understood that here is where the depth in his words comes from. When he says "Dream" it doesn't sound ordinary but its so vibrant and energetic and that's because and mind effort he puts behind it.
Now this meeting has invoked a lot of responsibility in us. We can thank for his time shared with us only by doing more for the society. We should touch as many lives as possible and try to bring smiles on their faces as he said.
